Recently Staged:

Here is a Whittier Home that was staged inside and out.

To the right is an "After" photo that shows the positive change in curb appeal. Notice how a buyer can now see the entire length of the house (making it look much larger), and the new roof is now visible. We've also made the view from the inside out much more appealing!


Dining Room: Fireplace:
The homeowners were unaware of how the dining area made the entire house look upkept.

Funny how a buyer's perception of the house can easily be changed with an updated look. 

In this particular home, the dining area shares a large open space with the living area.

 Originally, the owners were hiding the fireplace, and the crowding at the entrance to the two rooms (far left photo). Now, this side of an impressively large room has buyers noticing the attributes of the house before their attention is drawn to personal belongings.

 

More importantly, the flow through the dining/living area leads a buyer right to the back windows..

which showcase the immaculate pool, and patio area.

The patio was cleaned of clutter and new furniture was added to invite buyers to envision themselves entertaining guests, or just relaxing with a cold drink.
